Brad Milam, CPA

Brad graduated from the University of North Texas where he earned his Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Accounting with a Tax Specialty. He is a licensed CPA in the state of Texas.

Brad is a former CFO in industry whose twenty-nine years of experience includes Accounting and Finance; Human Resources; Benefits Administration; 401K Administration; Insurance; Risk Management and managing back-office operations in a multi-entity environment. Brad is a founding partner of BABD Data Services. He is also President and co-founder of Benefit Administration by Design, a Third-Party Administrator of Section 125 Plans, COBRA, and State Continuation.

In his role as CFO, Brad was responsible for various tax and financial audits, as well as compliance with IRS and DOL rules and regulations. He is also versed in data migration and security, network security, and HIPAA compliance
