Cynthia Bailey
Cynthia is a founding partner of BABD Data Services. She is also Vice President and co-founder of Benefit Administration by Design, a Third-Party Administrator of Section 125 Plans, COBRA, and State Continuation.
She started her career as an HR professional in 2016 and has spent the last two years in the insurance industry. In her experience as an HR professional, Cynthia was responsible for employee relations management, the administration of employee benefits, payroll and finances, EDI feeds, the implementation of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and policies and procedures in accordance with Federal and State laws and regulations.
Her compliance and software integration experience has given her the ability to develop systems and procedures that streamline the processes affecting brokers, health insurance carriers and employers in the realm of Prescription Drug Data Collection and Reporting.
Cynthia attended Cedar Valley College where she earned an associate degree in Business Administration and a Human Resources Administration Certification. She studied Business Administration with a concentration on Organizational Behavior and Human Resources at Naveen Jindal School of Management, a school for business majors at The University of Texas at Dallas (UTD).
Cynthia serves on the National Association of Benefits and Insurance Professionals – Dallas Chapter Board of Directors. As Professional Development Chair, she’s automated processes for speaker submissions, marketing, and promoting.
