Jennifer Stanley, Esq.

Jennifer graduated from Texas Tech University School of Law, earning a Certificate in Health Law, and a member of Phi Delta Phi Legal Honor Society. She has spent the last ten years serving as an employee benefits law compliance leader. Her ability to read legislation, rules, and regulations coupled with her approach in explaining the same in easy-to-understand, practical, and action-oriented terms make her a go-to expert for employee benefits compliance matters.

 

Before law school and following her graduation from Texas A&M University, Jennifer conducted clinical research Phase 3 trials at the Cooper Institute, University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center for Depression, and the Liver Institute at Methodist Dallas.

Jennifer serves on the National Association of Benefits and Insurance Professionals (NABIP, formerly NAHU) Legislative Council, the NABIP-Texas Legislative Council, and is in her second year as NABIP-Dallas President. She drafts responses to requests for comment, serves on the NABIP Major Health Policy Working Group for Prescription Drugs and the Employer Working Group for Quality and Price. She is licensed to practice law in the State of Texas and holds a Texas General Lines – Life, Accident, Health, and HMO License.
